great lighting large closet usual delight
The beautiful double room featured great lighting and many power POINTS. The bathroom had a large walk in closet. Breakfast included all the usual delights. IT was in one of the better areas.
I found not enough lounges, as people would reserve them, it made it difficult to find a spot.

broken equipment cash deposit
I was quite disappointed. The gym equipment seemed a bit neglected. Several machines were out of order, but there were no signs indicating this, so I almost hurt myself. I found it odd that the hotel insisted on a cash deposit only at check-in. They would not accept a card. Without cash, I was told I had to leave my passport with them. It created a bad impression right from the start!!!

nice resort, some issues

nice pool sunbathing area rooftop bar friendly staff
i liked having the pool and sunbathing area near. the rooftop bar had a happy hour between 5 and 7 pm. the location worked well, as it was near restaurants and the beach. staff were friendly and were attentive too.
i found a struggle before i book this hotel because i saw some negative feedback about hotel may frame the guests damaged their facilities or lose their towel, the guests need to pay but they did not do that.

breakfast offered a good variety, and the hotel made thai dinners. i enjoyed the option to have both buffet breakfasts and thai dinners, it gave nice choices for dining without leaving the hotel.

great stay, awesome location

the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and many shops. our room was spacious and comfortable. we especially appreciated the well-sized balcony. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, a plus for us.
the chlorine smell was noticeable in our room, possibly due to its pool access, a bit of a downside.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is within a ten-minute walk. many bars, shops, and clubs are also easily accessible. the busy street is right around the corner. It is convenient and easy to navigate.
